The request must be submitted within 2 calendar days after the confirmed delivery date and must include sufficient photographic or video evidence, the order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the packaging, and a photograph of the shipping label.

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Refund and replacement eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms eliminates a consumer remedy that cannot legally be waived.

16. Order Cancellations

An order cannot be canceled merely because the customer changes their mind after submitting it.

We may attempt to accommodate a cancellation request submitted before processing begins, but we do not guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

Once an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipment, it may no longer be canceled unless required by law.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
