All purchases made through our store are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order reversals for reasons including, but not limited to:

Finding the product at a lower price elsewhere

Refusal or failure to collect the package

Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
A refund request may be considered only when the product:

Arrives damaged

Arrives defective

Is materially different from the product ordered

Is the wrong item

Arrives with essential parts missing
You must report the issue within 2 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
Requests submitted after this two-day period may be denied to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Clear photographs or videos showing the damage, defect, incorrect item, or missing parts

Clear photographs of the original packaging

A photograph of the shipping label

Any other evidence reasonably requested to evaluate the claim
Photographs and videos must clearly show the condition of the product as received. Incomplete requests or requests submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.
Please keep the product, packaging, shipping label, and all included materials until your claim has been reviewed.
Claim Review
Submitting a claim does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.
We will review the information and evidence provided. We may request additional photographs, videos, documents, or information before making a decision.
If the claim is approved, we may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law:

Issue a full or partial refund

Send a replacement product

Provide another reasonable resolution
Unless required by law, the resolution offered will be determined based on the circumstances of the claim.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
After a refund has been issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original shipping charges, priority processing fees, and other service charges are non-refundable unless the refund is required by applicable law or the charges relate directly to an approved claim.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking information shows that an order has not been delivered, contact us at pioneerdayofficial@gmail.com.
We may investigate the shipment with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund. Orders confirmed as lost in transit will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund. Customers should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier.
Address Errors and Refused Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused the package, or failed to collect it from the carrier.
Any additional shipping or redelivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
We reserve the right to reject refund requests involving suspected fraud, altered evidence, misuse of the product, intentional damage, repeated abusive claims, or false statements.
United States Sales Only
We sell and ship products only to customers located in the United States.
Consumer Rights
This policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under federal, state, or local law.
Where applicable law provides greater consumer protection than this policy, the applicable law will control.
