Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Pioneer Day are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Shipping Destinations

Pioneer Day currently accepts and ships orders only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

The availability of shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, military addresses, and P.O. boxes may depend on the product and shipping carrier. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

2. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

Economy Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Economy Shipping is our standard, lower-cost delivery option.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping provides faster delivery than Economy Shipping. However, selecting Express Shipping does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless a guaranteed delivery date is expressly displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges, when applicable, will be calculated and displayed before the order is completed.

3. Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Delivery Estimates

The delivery periods shown in this policy are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been successfully confirmed and payment has been authorized.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • The delivery address

  • Product availability

  • Carrier capacity

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Seasonal order volume

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Events outside our reasonable control

A delay caused by the shipping carrier does not automatically qualify an order for a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment after payment authorization.

Orders containing multiple products may be processed by different fulfillment facilities or suppliers. As a result, products from the same order may be shipped and delivered separately.

Receiving products in separate packages does not normally result in additional shipping charges unless those charges were clearly disclosed during checkout.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers should receive an order confirmation email containing the available order details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the confirmation and promptly notifying us of any incorrect information.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been shipped.

7. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

When tracking information is available, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may require several business days to update after the shipping label has been created.

A shipping label being created does not always mean that the carrier has physically received or scanned the package.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive their packages.

8. Multiple Shipments

Products within the same order may be shipped separately because they may be stored or fulfilled from different locations.

If an order is divided into multiple shipments:

  • Each package may have a separate tracking number;

  • Packages may arrive on different dates;

  • One package may arrive before the remaining products;

  • Packaging may vary between shipments.

A partially delivered order should not be considered missing until all available tracking information has been reviewed.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Before submitting an order, customers should verify:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Street address

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number

  • City

  • State

  • ZIP code

  • Telephone number, when requested

We cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Pioneer Day is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

If a package is returned because of an address error, refusal, or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.

10. Address Change Requests

Address change requests must be sent as soon as possible to:

Please include the order number and the complete corrected address.

Submitting an address change request does not guarantee that the address can be changed. Once an order has been processed, transferred to a fulfillment provider, or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

11. Delivery Delays

Shipping and delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Labor disputes

  • Public emergencies

  • High seasonal demand

  • Security inspections

  • Government actions

  • Incorrect delivery information

When reasonably possible, we will provide updated information concerning a significant known delay.

If we cannot ship an order within the time stated or otherwise required by applicable law, we may request the customer’s consent to a revised shipment date or provide a refund for the unshipped merchandise.

12. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first:

  • Check the mailbox and all entrances;

  • Check around the delivery location;

  • Ask household members;

  • Ask neighbors;

  • Contact apartment or building management;

  • Contact the shipping carrier;

  • Allow a reasonable period for an early delivery scan to update.

The customer should then contact us at pioneerdayofficial@gmail.com and provide the order number and relevant tracking information.

A carrier’s delivery confirmation will be considered when reviewing the claim. Packages marked as delivered are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement.

Any resolution will depend on the circumstances, available evidence, carrier investigation, and applicable law.

13. Lost Packages

A package may be treated as lost only after:

  • The estimated delivery period has passed;

  • The tracking information has been reviewed;

  • The shipping carrier has been contacted when appropriate; and

  • Any required carrier investigation has been completed.

Customers who believe that an order has been lost should contact:

The request should include:

  • Customer’s full name

  • Order number

  • Shipping address

  • Tracking number

  • Description of the delivery issue

  • Any relevant carrier communication

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

14. Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect their packages promptly after delivery.

Damage, defects, incorrect products, or missing essential parts must be reported within 2 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Claims must be sent to:

The request must include clear photographs or videos of:

  • The product received;

  • The reported damage or defect;

  • The exterior and interior packaging;

  • The shipping label;

  • Any missing or incorrect items.

Customers must keep the product and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

15. Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery and collecting packages held by the carrier.

We are not responsible for packages that are returned or become undeliverable because the customer:

  • Refused delivery;

  • Failed to collect the package;

  • Provided an incorrect address;

  • Failed to respond to the carrier;

  • Failed to provide required delivery information.

Original and additional shipping costs may be non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to carrier, geographic, legal, or safety restrictions.

We reserve the right to cancel an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be shipped to the address provided.

If we cancel an order for this reason after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled products.

17. Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been submitted.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

This limitation does not affect any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to unshipped merchandise or certain shipping delays.

18. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Express Shipping charges are generally non-refundable after the order has been processed or shipped, except when:

  • We cancel the order;

  • The Express service was not provided due to an error attributable to us;

  • A refund is required by applicable law.

A carrier delay alone does not automatically make an Express Shipping charge refundable unless the delivery service was expressly guaranteed or applicable law requires a refund.

19. Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pioneer Day will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics, government restrictions, labor disruptions, transportation failures, power outages, or carrier interruptions.

This section does not eliminate any mandatory right or remedy available under applicable law.

20. Consumer Rights

This Shipping Policy applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer protection right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, applicable law will control.
